Cadaway Srl, based in Lanzo Torinese, is an engineering company specializing in road and railway infrastructure. It provides comprehensive services in the field of civil and industrial construction.
Founded about a decade ago and managed by architect Davide Capra, it consists of a team of engineers, architects, and surveyors capable of overseeing the entire project execution process: from design to work direction, up to final delivery. Special attention is paid to the use of cutting-edge materials and technologies and to proper environmental management.

DESIGN
Road and railway infrastructures and associated civil works
The company has gained particular experience in road and rail infrastructure design, specializing in the high-speed sector.
It handled the TORINO - MILANO (CAV.TO.MI) railway line, the BOLOGNA - FIRENZE (CAVET BO-FI) railway line, and the MILANO-GENOVA TERZO VALICO DEI GIOVI (COCIV) railway line. It oversaw the project from both a civil and technological standpoint, with presentations and 3D rendering in the architectural and environmental fields.
The design takes into consideration the functionality and efficiency of the infrastructure, defining its impact on the territory.
Cadaway S.r.l. is enabled through its technicians to oversee the direction of works and site safety in full compliance with Italian Legislative Decree n° 81/2008.

Renovations in general and of old, unused industrial buildings for the creation of lofts and offices.
3D MODELING
Creation of three-dimensional models from laser scanning point clouds for an accurate representation of existing buildings, land, infrastructure, industrial plants, bridges... essential for accurate visualization, analysis and future planning.
RELIEFS
Surveys with state-of-the-art and extremely precise instrumentation such as the laser scanner.
Environmental Remediation and Bioconstruction
Approach to design respectful of sustainability principles. Attention to the balanced relationship between the environment and built structures, in order to improve current and future quality of life. Ensuring safety measures and recovery of sites and structures containing asbestos, both in compact and friable matrix.
